Mr. Mazzone is a former Romeoville Police Officer and former Special Agent of the Illinois Bureau of Investigation who worked his way through law school as a law enforcement officer.

He was a prosecutor for the County of Will before entering the private practice of law. Mr. Mazzone has been Chief Counsel for the Metropolitan Alliance of Police for the past 25 years and specializes in union negotiations, employment issues and related fields and family law. He also is engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis on employment related litigation and administrative law.

Mr. Mazzone takes great pride in making sure that his clients feel that their cases are as important to him as they are to the client. He takes the time to explain his analysis of a legal problem and the most eficient and aggressive way to handle that problem.

He has extensive experience before the Illinois Public Labor Relations Board as well as the American Arbitration Association. He has practiced in both State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts and has argued before the Illinois Supreme Court.
