The labor division of the Schenk Law Firm, has a combined 27 years of legal experience and represents organized labor in collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, contract enforcement and disciplinary matters. We travel throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and the collar counties to represent and fight for employees on a daily basis.
The Schenk Law Firm has represented the Bolingbrook-based Metropolitan Alliance of Police for over 20 years, and has a proud history of representing police officers, correctional officers, paramedics, firefighters, and court security officers in mediation, arbitration, grievance hearings, disciplinary hearings, and pension and administrative proceedings, as well as in the collective bargaining process. We have represented the Workers Security League Union located in Blue Island for the past seven years.
We fight for employees in all fields in both the public and private sectors, before mediators, the Illinois and National Labor Relations Boards, and arbitrators and in circuit and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Illinois.
